Steve serves as Vice President of the Eastern Region in Urdang Capital Management's acquisitions group. Steve is responsible for the origination, due diligence and closing of acquisitions in the Eastern Region of the United States. He is also responsible for the financial analysis and asset underwriting of real estate transactions. In addition, Steve interfaces with Urdang's various joint venture partners during the acquisition of properties and he works closely with the asset management group for a smooth transition of assets into the firm's portfolio.

Steve joined Urdang in 2002. During his first four years, he served as a real estate analyst and was promoted to Associate in 2004.

Steve has seven years of commercial real estate investment experience. Prior to joining Urdang, Steve was previously employed as an analyst in the Acquisitions Department at Liberty Property Trust and as an intern in the Brokerage/Transactional Services Department at Cushman & Wakefield.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Urban Studies and Real Estate Development.
