As Vice President in the acquisitions group in Urdang's Newport Beach, California office, Jeff is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting and closing of real estate acquisitions and investment transactions in the Western United States.

Prior to joining Urdang, Jeff served as Vice President for a privately owned national real estate investment firm. He had the lead role through the entire life of each asset from underwriting acquisitions, financing, asset management and disposition of properties with a focus in California and the Southwest. Previously, Jeff worked as an investment banker at various Wall Street firms in New York beginning as a financial analyst at Salomon Brothers and lastly as a Vice President of Corporate Finance at a boutique technology banking firm prior to returning home to his native Southern California.
