As Vice President of Acquisitions Due Diligence in the acquisitions group, Phill is responsible for the management and coordination of Urdang’s comprehensive underwriting and due diligence process for new acquisitions. He works with the acquisitions and asset management teams in concert with in-house counsel to close real estate transactions and insure a smooth transition with Urdang’s asset management team. Phill manages the market research requirements of the acquisitions group and serves as the liaison with the IT department. In addition, he manages and mentors a team of acquisitions analysts.

Phill has 12 years of commercial real estate experience; including six years with ORIX Real Estate Equities and its predecessor Jones Lang LaSalle. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, he was a real estate analyst with Prudential Insurance Company of America. Phill has a distinguished background in valuation and advisory assignments.
