Urdang Capital Management has completed more than $4.8 billion of real estate transactions since 1987.

     Our current portfolio includes more than 90 properties with an approximate market value of $1.9 billion. Urdang invests on a nationwide basis in apartments, suburban and CBD office buildings, retail centers, industrial / flex buildings and select hotels. Our typical annual production ranges from $300 – to $500 million in total capitalization.
      Urdang’s approach to investing is to identify and target low relative price property types with clear upside potential, implement financial and operational business plans to produce high risk-adjusted returns and to manage risk by emphasizing current income returns.
